I have since heard rumors that SFxTekken gives you all the gems right away, and that it's just a marketing failure that they didn't tell us that months ago. So that's cool if it's true.

I feel like the main reason people aren't talking about the preorder gems that much is that it's sort of a foregone conclusion that they'll be banned by tournament organizers outright.
